Villages Moose Lodge #1271 ( Pennbrooke ) 22    Kiley and Sons ( Water Oak ) 11

With Pennbrook's only 2 losses of the season coming at the hands of Water Oak, they arrived at Water Oaks field with a spring in their step, some hot bats and a little 'get even' on their minds.

Water Oak had a 2-0 lead in the first, but that was the last lead they would have. Pennbrookepounded out 28 hits, behind winning pitcher Jim Hicks. Pat Stock and John Baker had 4 each.

Rich Somes, Gary Lubert, Thom Menie, Jeff Kohl and Dodd Carter had 3 apiece. Water Oak was led by Larry Marshall 4/4 and 3 hits each from Mark Pryor, Frank VanMol, Don Drogrosh

and Tom Cowser. It should be noted that Pennbrook's team stayed around after the game and enjoyed  burgers from our Snack Shack with 'liquid refreshments' to wash down a well earned victory.

Continental Wildwood Tire Company 23 Holiday Village Lake County Eagles - 9
